I will be watching closely for a fix.
I have a 01 9-5 with the same symptoms right now. Deviation goes straight down to -24% and stays there until you start to drive the car and then it slowly start to get closer to +-0.
I was absolutely sure I had a bad brake booster since the brake pedal is hard right after acceleration but disconnecting and blocking the intake nipple did nothing to deviation.
Cannot hear any obvious vacuum leaks either.
Blocked off EVAP as well with no change.
Sprayed brake cleaner over the fuel injector rail with no change in idle.
Haven't smoked the system yet so it might be a hidden leak somewhere but I doubt it.
I guess throwing a good used TB on the car doesn't take long and would confirm or make it even more strange.
