Ahh okay. Wasn't clear to me in your fist posting.
Would excessive blowby cause a deviation? Trionic would calculate for a certain amount of air to expelled into the exhaust but if its leaking past the pistons into the closed crankcase it would be unmetered air. It would also explain some of your positive crankcase pressure when blocking off the checkvalve.
Had a '99 9-5 a few years back that I did the crankcase update on along with new hoses etc. Old were torn and completely inop. After, there was so much crankcase pressure even at idle from piston blowby it poured oil out the new front main seal. The only temp solution was to actually unhook the pcv hose from the valve cover at the trap. Just looked at RO at specifics. Vehicle had 161k miles, timing chain noise, random misfire code. No notes of airmass deviation. Client decided to trade it in to avoid pistons or engine replacement.
