Yes, I had both nipples plugged at the same time.
I feel like it is a lot more vacuum produced by the brake booster pump than I'm used to. Putting my finger on the nipple sucks it stuck pretty good.
I do beleive that brake booster is a problem on the car but not the only problem since taking it out of the equation doesn't change the air mass deviation or stumble at idle.
I also go in a reset codes and adaptive values every time I change something so I'm not fighting incorrectly learned values.
The PCV reading though is what really gets me confused.
Did you post about or did you read about the engines spitting out large amounts of oil through the exhaust and turbo and it came down to being the brake booster pump?
I don't have another like car in right now but a 9-3 stick shift I tested today did not have any similar PCV readings at the oil filler pipe like this one.
Pinching off PCV hoses before and after the different check valves made the vacuum stay at -0.7kPa on the 9-3 and when pinching off the smaller vacuum hose it rose to +0.4kPa which is more in line with what I'm used to.
