For that price, even with the low miles, I wouldn't buy it without proof of the timing belt and pullets/tensioner having been changed. See my other post in this thread about the t-belt.

4 years ago, I paid only a little more for a 2002 Arc sedan with the same mileage. A year and a half ago, I paid under $5,000 for a 2000 SE with 85k.
