You really should determine if the pulleys and tensioners were done at the 118k interval. If they were, you'll get a good 17k out of it before the belt (and pulleys, etc.) are needed again.
You're looking at a $1,000 or more job from a shop that knows what they are doing for the belt, tensioner and pulleys. At the same time, unless you know the water pump was done, get that done. It's essentially the same labor to get to the WP as the TB, so may as well have it done. Swap out the serpentine (accessory) belt too.
If you can buy it and get all this done by a competent shop, then you should have at least a very reliable motor for another 60k. I'm on my second V6, and both times, I had the TB, WP, etc. done very soon after purchase.
