Thanks for your thoughts. We won't be getting our car back until tomorrow, but when we do, I'll not be looking forward to an argument with the shop. This part is 10 months old, and if they bill us for labor, because we bought some other unnecessary items along the way, plus wasted coolant, we'll probably be around $1,000 spent to fix a broken water pump.
Will plan on taking it to them on Yelp if I can't settle it while I am there...
