Are you going to attempt the other four? How bad were your middle ones? My middle seem shot too, perhaps from the rear falling apart.
Can you post a more detailed write-up of what you did? How much room was there to get the washer and nut on? What is the diameter of the rosebush washer? The full bushing fit into the larger cup of the tool? Or did you press the rubber out separately?
