I posted a writeup to Joe's questions. (full of typos).
I could NOT lower it enough to do the middle bushings..but they seemed in good shape compared to the rears. I was suprised how little it drops..I had originally thought I could do the middle also.
The small amount of room I had above the rear was enough to place the washer and then nut of tool into the hole where I screwed the bolt into then by hand. Screwing the tool from the bottom the pulls the bushing down into the cup. I did it in two stages..Once with just the nut ..this pulls the middle of the bushing out with rubber etc. Then again with the tool washer..this pulls the steel sleeve down. One is left with the empty subframe hole then. I can measure the diameters of the tool parts..will post back.
Not even enough room to slide the whole bushing on top of the subframe. I know some procedures here say they loosened the rear motor mount of steering rack to let it drop more but I did not explore that.
Can you actually see bit of rubber and air in your middle bushings? I would say pay someone to drop the whole from then?
