whatever you decide to do - I'd advise not trying to save money by putting cheaper made pulleys in there as they will likely fail sooner than regreasing the old ones. Regreasing is mainly for diy types - the small upper pulley is easy to service though and it's the only one personally I would be concerned with till 120k miles as it sounds like your mechanics inspected the others.
