I have an ammeter that plugs into the fuse block. Same test as the video, but you just pull the fuse and put in this plug that is the the same spade type connector as the fuse. If you get a reading on the meter that is built in you have a load. It costs $12.99 at Harbor Freight and is Cen-Tech - Item#67725.....great tester.
To test the battery I have a load tester.....old conventional one with wire load that puts a load on the battery. these are less than $20.00
Also a great tool is a CCA tester like in the Video. I have one that costs $70 at HFT and is Item #66892 Tells you battery condition just like in the video.
I have no interest in Harbor Freight. I have just found both of these tools to be great for trouble shooting my Saabs.
