Sure. Suggest that you replace both sides as a pair.
Bulb prices vary widely from the auction site to saabnet site sponsors; search the board and you will see much discussion on this. I've replaced bulbs twice in my cars 10-year history and it is pretty straight forward.
I purchased mine from eeuro (a site sponsor) and have been quite happy.
First time, on the drivers' side, I did it with the battery in place (cover off). It was tight maneuvering, and you really need to be careful to protect the glass bulb from your fingers and other oily surfaces. The second time, I pulled the battery out -- its a 10 mm nut on each cable end, and a 13mm bolt on the tie-down. Good excuse to clean up the terminals and the cable ends when you reinstall, and also give the transmission mount a look. Taking the battery out made it much easier to change the bulb. Much more room to operate (and I have very large hands.)
On the passenger side, you just need a screwdriver to loosen the air intake hoses on the MAF, remove the MAF (also a good time to use some MAF cleaner spray on it, while its out). Once that's out of the way, there's a fair amount or foom to access the bulbs.
Removing the headlights is not difficult at all, should you choose to do that. See the attached YouTube video I found. It just takes a little patience, a screwdriver and a 10mm socket.
Good luck!
