Last night I Google'd a little, and there are a few 185/65/16 tires that one COULD mount on 16x6.5 rims to run on a 9-5.
They probably wouldn't meet the 9-5's listed weight requirements, but if you REALLY wanted your 9-5 to equal the older SAAB's in the snow...
