OK, I think I found them after more searching..... It appears as if the color codes are as follows:
Black - Ground
Brown/Yel - Brake
Pink - Right Tail light
White - Left Tail Light
Green/Wht - Right Turn
Blue/Wht - Left Turn
Since most trailer connectors are 4 conductors, which leads are eliminated when wiring up a trailer? Or do SAABs require a 6 or 7 or more wire system?
What do you do if the car has a 6-wire plug and the trailer is set up for only 4 wires? Use an Adapter with internal jumpers for parking lights?
Maybe the powered adapters take care of all this inside their small potted box?
I guess 7 wires would allow for electric brakes since the Black wire would be the common return leg.
