I have WS80's and they are a good tire but I would probably try the Michelin Xice3 next time or successor or Hakkas.https://forums.redflagdeals.com/michelin-x-ice-xi3-vs-bridgestone-blizzak-ws80-2126916/4/
The Blizzaks have a hydrophilic tread compound that is noisy on wet pavement. I also like the fuel efficiency of the Michelin. Both are good and the Blizzaks are a great buy at the price you paid.
Most impressive tire were some very old German made Dunlops that I bought for the Viking rims they were on. I thought they might last still spring at best so I gave them a chance. They actually were about as good as new Blizzaks and lasted 2 winters. Still shaking my head at that anecdote. The tire had an usual shininess to them and were noticeably soft for their age, unlike the sun dried tomato look of many new tires out there after only a handful of years.
