Sagging rear springs are very common. It's much more common on the wagons, but my own 2001 9-5 sedan has a sagging rear end. You should start by replacing the large rubber bushings that the rear trailing arms pivot on, and then replace the four "rose bushes", which are the spherical steel bearings that connect the lateral arms to the trailing arms. If the rear suspension is still sagging, then use spring spacers, because even new springs will sag in short order.
