Thanks Bernie, this is very helpful. Makes sense since at the time the drivers seat was all the way forward and the passenger seat was back,

the seat belt connector was plugged in under the seat. Ill dig deeper to see if it's working as expected. The connections looked to be in good condition. I noticed that all of the connectors under the drivers seat were dangling so I presume that someone was monkeying around under there before my ownership. I guess its my turn to monkey around! I'm curious to see if I can get this working.

After a short drive there were two more airbag codes: the "airbag sensor" on both driver and passenger side. Odd that it's both sides ... Is the "airbag sensor" in the bumper?
