I have a Torx bit set that fits a 1/4 inch ratchet that usually works when that happens. You can try PB Baster, but in cases where there are dissimilar metals like a steel screw in an aluminum hole, I've not had much luck with penetrating oils. Sometimes, a light tap on the screw head with a drift punch will break the corrosion loose. If the screw is still frozen, you move on to one of the destructive methods to remove the screws. A small chisel offset on the screw head is my first choice to budge the screw. If that fails, one of those left-handed screw extractor drills will do the job. The screw is a standard 6mm thread, so you can substitute a standard hex head bolt until you can order a replacement Torx screw.
Like Dave, I always use anti-seize on those screws and the ones that hold the brake rotor on the hub.
