The fact that you have multiple lights provides no actionable diagnostic information. Any ABS error will cause the ABS, TC and Brake lights to illuminate. The lights you have now translate to "an ABS error has occurred".
first step in diagnosis is to get the error code. The error code is stored in the ABS module, OBB readers only access the ECU. Tech 2 of course can read the ABS code. An "OP COM" can read the codes too (an inexpensive code reader from the Vauxhaul world). As far as I know no other code reader can read the ABS codes (including the professional Snap-On or Matco readers that can read ABS and air bag codes from many makes)
If you dont have access to a Tech 2 or OP COM you could try a few things and see if they help. A few common causes of an ABS failure are:
1 - junction j108-111 (under the carpet under the left rear seat) can be exposed to moisture and corrode. You can rebuild this junction (cut out the crimp and re-crimp each wire)
2 - ABS controller.
3 - The connector at each wheel sensor can get dirty
If I were you (without access to the code) I'd start at the junction, that seems to be the most likely culprit as our cars age. https://www.saabnet.com/tsn/bb/9-5/index.html?bID=284102
