Even though I cannot follow each test you have done (time wise) one advice is that the solenoids on valve body never fails completely, they degrade as heat builds up.
So if you are testing resistance when cold or just luke warm, it will be near perfect.
Does the code and limp home mode come back right away after reset and starting to drive the car cold or does it take a long test drive before it happens?
Also, when you have a part where the normal resistance is as low as around 5 Ohm, only one Ohm up or down could be enough to trigger a fault and that resistance reading will only go up as the heat builds up during the test drive.
