When I swapped my 9-5 radio for another used one (had tech2 to divorce and marry) I recall I just left that harness plugged into the cage as it currently is. the cage stays...with the plug(s) and the new unit just slides back into making those connections.
With that said, I have also removed these: Your picture is from the backside view. The key is that you push them out from the inside out. Use two thumbs if you have to, to press retaining clips down and then push the plugs out. its firm but not gorilla effort. Push one side out and the rest follows.
I think there is a video. search saab aux... look at their products and there should be support videos showing exactly this? i think... good luck
