I just put a piece of cardboard where it drips in my garage. Not worth removing the head cylinder head over it. It has been dripping about the same amount over the last 150k miles or so (a few drops each time, good
for ~1.5 inch stain).

You can try replacing/retorquing the head bolts to reduce the leak (this is what I did) - but it is not likely to go away completely.
