Take a look at the oil pressure sensor, I've found that the part can leak oil through it's body so you may need a new sensor. I've also put in a new crank seal and if the sealing surface of the pulley has a lot of scoring you may want to fit a Speedi-Sleeve (SKF 99184 or similar). If you do that step, consider a smear of RTV between the surfaces as you push the sleeve on. If loss continues, do some experiments to find out if it's pressure related. Check the PCV valves. I have also dismantled the oil filler cap and swapped in a very weak spring to allow excess gas pressure to vent if necessary. Last thought, the PCV trap may need some new hoses. Regards.
