Most likely, one of the leaks is the cylinder head gasket. You might think it is the chain tensioner but it is coming from below that one.
Low cost things you can do is, valve cover gasket, oil pump O-ring and crank seal, oil pressure switch and PCV box O-ring and make sure the PCV check valve and pipe is new from throttle body.
The PCV box is crammed in there and hard to remove but you can loosen it and snake a new O-ring on there without removing the box.
