Hello,
If this is a reception issue due to the antenna there are a few things to check. As stated by others make sure the antenna wire is plugged into the radio cage and thus the radio fully. From there the coax cable runs to the rear of the car. The antenna itself is either in the rear window or one of the rear windows on the side. I can't remember which it is in the wagon at this minute. Also the cable connects to an antenna amplifier and the antenna in the glass also plugs into the antenna amplifier. So all of these things should be checked.
