Problem solved.
The sensors were never lying. The hose from the inter-cooler to the plastic pipe where the MAP sensor lives had slid down at least 3/4". The hose clamp was no where near snug. A couple of minutes with a 6 mm socket and ratchet and the hose was back home. Test drove the car and got readings from all three feeds (MAP, Absolute, and Charge) after shut-down of 97.6, 98.3, and 97.9 kPa respectively. All within 10 kPa of each other just as the WIS calls for.
Biggest frustration was trying to get the data out of the iCarsoft tool, at least in a format that Excel can plot.
I used to have OpCom but now with this '08 it doesn't seem to work anymore. The iCarsoft works well enough to read codes and get enough data to figure out what's going on.
