(1) Auto tranny is silky-smoooooth.
(2) ???
(3) Most dealers order the "Touring Package" so you don't have much of a choice. I would not have paid for the headlights alone, but, I like the parking assist warning. Many do like the lights.
(4) Dash stays clean, but, I act on any dirt quickly anywhere in the car.
(5) Wheels look good but lots and lots of brake dust. I'll replace them with EBC "Green" pads in the front soon.
(6) I don't know how the 2000 drove.
(7) The blue is bright and does/will attract attention from the police nearly as much as a red one. The dealer was transporting mine within the same town and a policeman came up to him (and had him initially concerned) just to say that he had never seen one in that color. I like it because its different (i.e. its not silver) but it does show dirt and, oddly enough, fingerprints which I did not expect. Its not as obvious as if it were black or midnight blue though. I don't see Laser Red ones anymore and I miss them.
