1) Great. Especially in "sport".
2) Don't know
3) I got the only Aero on my dealer's lot last May without them (and apparently my dealer (Chicago area) had taken it off the hands of a dealer in Indy). I always thought the regular Saab lights were the best headlights I've seen and I hate being blinded by the Xenons that everybody now has. Do unto others (although it seems I'm a minority in this respect)... I didn't want them, but you might have a problem finding an Aero without them.
4) Hated it at first, but now I like it (alot, actually). Cleans fine and doesn't show the smudges like the dark glossy wood on my '99 base.
5) Same as everybody else
6) The ride is supposedly firmer, and the 2002 has a lighter front-end so it probably better balanced... although I have never driven a '00 Aero.
7) Have not seen one.
