The V-6 will be quicker immediately off the line for the first 20 feet or so - which can make a difference if you are trying to make a quick left turn. Once the Aero turbo spools up, however, it will ultimately be the faster car. Putting the transmission in Sport Mode only magnifies the effect.
The rest is a matter of preference - the better ride of the V-6 vs. the better handling of the Aero. Wood dash vs. metal dash etc. Of course, the final price can make a big difference as well.
