2003 Aero Winter Survey

I currently drive a 1995 9000Super CS Auto with the full turbo upgrade, not even close to the power of the 2003 Aero Auto. I drive with 4 Nokian Hakkapalita Snows since I live in NE and drive to Montreal at least twice a month for business, not to mention skiing at Whiteface Mountain. After 255,000 miles, I may replace car soon with Aero Automatic.
How is it in the snow with snows? I know we are all pro Saab, so am I but after driving my wife's all wheel drive MDX through the last dump we had, 24", on semi plowed roads back from Vermont to NY, there is nothing like stopping at the bottom of a hill and starting up the hill without pulling all over the hill.
Are things different with the 2003 Aero due to Traction Control, stability control and winter mode? Will I notice a big difference? I've never gotten stuck in all my miles in the 1995 but things do get tense at times.
Any and all feedback would be welcome!!! I would hate to think about an Audi wagon, I am a true Saab Man!!!
Thanks for your feedback, and how do you love your Aero???
Thanks,
Jeff
