Changing back and forth is not the best thing you can do. Dealer-supplied semi-synthetic is what I would use in your place. Or simply go the full 10K between changes, as the semi-synthetic has been proven to have plenty of TBN and an excellent additive package. Unless you do short trips or drive in heavy traffic all the time.
