Aero - NorthEast & Summer Tires

I am very close to pulling the trigger on my second saab (first one is a 1990 900 Turbo 97k original owner). I am seriously stuck in a quandry -- I love the Aero and am definetly leaning towards the aero. However, I am very concerned about the summer tires and the pain in the *ss switching them 2x / year (not to mention the additional $1000 cost plus labor every time). Anybody have any opinions on this? I may overcome this and just go with the aero anyway. Does anybody have any recommendations regarding winter tires? Or, have people just gotten rid of the OEM tires and placed all-season tires on the aero? Again, any recommendations would be very appreciated.
Secondly, if I choose not to get the aero, I am leaning towards the base model (in part by the threads on this bb regarding reliability, etc.)
The dealers are offering gigantic incentives on all three models but the best deals by far are on the base and the v6 (invoice price, 0.6% to 0.9% interest on leases, $3,000 off invoice incentive for leasing, etc.) versus the aero (invoice price, 3.9% interest, $3,000 off invoice for leasing)...
Thanks in advance,
RF
