any reason why we'd suspect the headbolt problem was not specifically solved after that VIN date, other than general caution?

The bulletin no longer shows up on online WIS for '02 and up.

I'm tempted to retorque my '02 but am having trouble justifying it in my mind.

Also, I have a problem reconciling info in bulletins about new type coating on bolts (years old already) and listed torque of 44 ft. lbs. (If memory serves) + 90. Is the torque value the same regardless of the bolt coating used?
