Cool down has been an issue/question since they first stuck a turbo on in '79.
Yes, the turbo is water jacketed. However, once the engine is shut down, the oil flow stops. That means the oil in the turbo bearing is going to sit there. It's the oil flow that cools that bearing.
If the car has been driven easy the last couple/three minutes up to parking it, there is really no need to do a cool-down idle. The turbo speed is down, and the residual heat is minimal. If the car has been driven very hard, don't shut it down immediately.
So if you've been motoring through a parking lot and pull in, or you've driven reasonably down your street and then pull it into the driveway, it's fine to shut it right down. Runing 2K rpm with little or no boost is pretty much the same as idling.
If you've been on-boost hard for the past five minutes or more, revs up, and you do a Dukes of Hazzard powerslide into the parking space, yes, then I'd give it 30 seconds or so to idle.
