As always, it's the timing belt, tensioner and pulleys. But well tended (read all replaced together, every 60K) there's no reason for it ever to be a liability. I've never driven a t-charged 3.0 V6 but I'm sure it's quick. One advantage is that if you don't have a service history and just service the t-belt items when you get it, you know where you stand. It's a little tougher to avoid the owner-neglect induced sludge failures of the I4. But then you do have 2 DI cassettes instead of one with the six...
