AC fan only comes on when engine is running. Only standard radiator fan runs if engine is off. AC fan will run based on radiator t-stat switch or AC demand. Voltage across standard radiator fan (right side) will power the AC FAN RELAY coil. AC fan is powered from fuse #6. Standard radiator fan is powered from fuse #25. May have loose wire connection from standard fan green wire to pin 87a of AC FAN RELAY...or AC FAN RELAY is bad..or Fuse #6 is bad. Standard fan relay and AC fan relay are two different relays...could be blocking diode on AC fan relay is bad....
