Removing a connector wire from main fuse/relay panel

I'd like to try removing the blue wire which hooks into the "TK" terminal pin on my A/C relay to see if it fixes my A/C problem. The wire ends in a connector that's imbedded in the plastic where the A/C relay plugs in. Can I remove/replace the wire with the connector intact? If so, how?
Thanks,
