Your car does not say 9-3 or 9-5...Many of the Saab techs that worked on these 900s and early 9ks are long gone from the dealers. They only have newbies who only have the shop manuals for reference, and trust me troubleshooting from them on a car which has a totally "ancient" CSI, 2.2, 2.4 or 2.4.2 fuel managment system. Most of which you cannot connect the Tech2 to. Most of the techs today are used to simply plugging one in, letting it read through the faults and tell you whats wrong. They replace the part, and see if it helps, if it does not the Tech will surely point you to another expensive ass piece of plastic which they will replace to see if it helps...
Try taking a Sonnet to a dealer...they will not even know what the hell it is...much less be able to get parts for it...
