I have a 1992 900T 5 speed and it has no drain for the gear box. I found a nut under the hood, on the passenger side down low on the side of the eng. block. I was able to put a rachet on it and break it open and it had a dip stick gage on the end. I have owned the car since new and the oil has never been changed. The oil was at the proper mark and looked clean. I have not experienced any trans problems. I have 143000 miles on the car.I feel bad that it has not been changed. Did saab not mean for it to be changed since there was no drain plug?
