Well, two days of driving after the 15W-50 fill, tranny was behaving well until coming home from work tonight, I got that cannot-shift-into-5th-itus. What's really weird is when I try shifting from 4th to 5th the shifter cocks waaaaay to the right and the reverse lights come on! With some coaxing I can get it into 5th. This occurred right at the start of my run home, then, in miraculous-like fashion 15 min. into the trip it suddenly shifts into 5th smooth as butter, and the shifter won't cock all the way to the right like it did, I can't even force it to do this ??? Any clues will be greatly welcome.
