I fly an 85 900 4door turbo. I see all these pretty SPG's around and it makes me realize how ugly my car is, relatively speaking. My car is fully loaded and I'd like to stay that way. I do have some performance mods on it, but nothing extreme. I'm not one to strive for 400+ hp out of my car. I'll probably never get a chance to take it to a track either. Not only do I want a fun car, I want a $*%$^#& fun car! My 4 door is pretty fun. Handles excellent with no suspension upgrade yet. I wouldn't want to get a car not capable of the same handling, mods or no mods.
Safety?? I don't care about safety. In the event my Saab is caught between a head-on collision of two tractor trailers, I don't want to be alive to see my non-collision insured baby in pieces.
However, I don't want a car with ZERO utility either. I don't want to make grown men cry when they find out we're taking "JORDAN'S car" tonight.
Oh well. All this rambling is useless. I gotta go find the nearest Saab 900 convertible and demand to take it for a test drive, for sale or not. Thats the only way I can know for sure.
Surprisingly, I don't feel guilty for wasting all the web space. LOL.
Thanks a lot!
