ore. Clean your grounds. Check for vacuum leaks with an unlit propane torch. With engine idling, the idle will speed up even more when propane gets sucked into a leak. Check around injectors and intake manifold gasket, too.
You might have a leaky FPR diaphram. See if it holds vacuum/pressure and if there is any gas liquid or stong vapors in vac control hose.
Next, I would check the O2 sensor with a dig volt meter(stick pos probe in back of connector with sensor connected and ground neg probe). While you probably know the routine, the signal should vary evenly around 0.5 volts at idle.
and finally swap in a known good ECU. The darn AMM should have fixed it in the first place, but don't give up!
