Very normal, especially on a turbo car. Make sure that the one-way pcv valve is clear and installed in the proper direction (its the top vac hose on the valve cover and should allow pressure from the engine to intake, not vice versa). These distributors leak due to crankcase pressure (see pcv) but also just from age. the only thing keeping the oil from passing through is a groove it the shaft intended to sling oil back. Compression seems high though. Is that a wet test number?

The bigger factor here is that a quick lube place may have drained the gear oil and topped off the engine oil without having drained it. This is not uncommon and ususally destroys the tranny quickly. Check the gear oil asap.
