When was the last time you changed your thermostat? This should be a regular maintenance item with a Saab. If your radiator has already been flushed, it may be time for a new radiator. I prefer the aluminum type, as I have found they run a little cooler.
Other than that, the small tricks to bringing down the temp (a little) is using synthetic oil, and using some Redline Water Wetter in the cooling system.
You can also put a lower temp thermoswitch in the radiator (82ºC)
HAve you been using the green coolant? Radiators don't last forever with that stuff. Switch to Zerex Z05 or Mercedes Benz coolant.
