No it won't. Adding just a front would make a bigger difference in handling,
but you are correct that having both ends is the ticket. You might want to check which way the rear suspension front link bolts are installed. If the bolt end is on the outside (I think) installing the sway ba is considerably more work...
Just put an '87 front sway bar on my 86 :) My bolts are installed as above
have other fish to fry before the snow flies....
