Not very difficult at all. First, disconnect the negative battery cable - the oil filter is located near the alternator and if you accidently touch electrical contacts in that area you can harm the electrical system. I also remove the air intlet duct to have more room to work.
Place a flat oil collection pan under drain plug ( the one toward the front of the car). Take out the plug and allow oil to drain completely ( warm oil drains better). While the oil is draining, stuff a wad of paper towels or rags under oil filter to catch drips. Loosen the filter with a filter wrench. When loose enough to turn by hand, cover the filter with a quart size zip lock bag and continue to unscrew it by hand - the bag will catch most of the overspill. Replace the filter. Replace the drain plug, using a new copper washer - tighten to 21-29 ft-lb torque. Pour new oil into dipstick tube - it will take 4.2 quarts of new oil with filter change.
You don't need ramps for this job.
