next time it stops take the gas cap off and see if it will restart sooner than the other times you mentioned. Then drive it a while with the cap off and see if it runs during the timees it would previously stop. if it gets better you may have an issue with your charcoal tank vent system creating a sealed system and not allowing air into the tank when the pump is trying to pump the gas out. this is all a maybe.
