Fuel pump? If they die, half the time it will start back up.
Pressure regulator? This makes your fuel mixture and pressures go crazy to the point the computer will lean the mixture and shorten your injector pulses and sometimes (at least with the LH on my old brick) even go as far as shutting down the fuel pump.
Did '91 have a prepump? I doubt it.
Full tank makes me suspect your charcoal canister. Is it functioning, and are the vacuum lines intact?
Ignition amplifier?
Crank position sensor?
Bad grounds?
Ignition switch?
Fuel pump relay?
Ignition coil?
NTC (engine temperature) sensor? (I left this disconnected on my '92 S (same motor, same injection) and the engine would not start. Pretty sad. I'm replacing it next!
By now I'm grabbing at straws.
Bad karma?
Don't worry yet. You'd be surprised how the little things can add up, and then how easy they are to fix!
Please go into more detail as to what the dealership has done, how many miles are on the car, and what (if any) LH codes are present in your computer. If they aren't sharing the codes with you (it's your car) then you need to find another dealership.
