I really like the 88/89 model years. Ours is a 93 + has ABS. Parents have an 89 - no ABS... The 89 brakes work extremely well and have been problem free... unless someone has never driven without ABS or was unaware of the absence of ABS in the car, I don't see it as a benefit on these old cars...
