This is what I did for one of my customers that had the same problem.
It can be aluminum welded fairly easily. The key is that the cracks have to thoroughly cleaned to remove all the oil in order for it not to cause contamination problems during the welding process. We sprayed cleaner into the sump area around the cracks several times and let it dry. I then loaded the car on a trailer and took it to another shop where my friend had an aluminum wire feed. It took him about ten minutes to weld it up. We then took it back to our shop and did the finish grinding to have a proper surface for the drain plug washer to seal. We polished up the weld and you can hardly tell the repair was done. See the car all the time and no problems. The original cracks were just like yours, three splits.
