Ok, so if you plug NTC back in and try to adjust the AMM screw clock wise until the volt meter start swinging back and forth between 0 and 12V (when hooked up to test plug). That's when the fuel mixture is correct (forget about the 380 Ohm).
If you can't get the voltage to swing, your AMM might be bad enough to not allow rich enough fuel mixture.
You can also test by removing and plug the vacuum hose to fuel pressure regulator. If that makes the voltage swing, the mixture is too lean at original setup. Unplugging the FPR will fatten the fuel mix slightly at idle.
